Admin, Mailroom Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform full range of outgoing mail duties including management and maintenance of franking machine
  • Collection, opening and sorting of mails for the office
  • Internal and external delivery of documents
  • Banking of cash and cheques
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to visitors and for meetings
  • Delivery of stationery and other office supplies
Requirements:
  • Minimum lower secondary education
  • Basic computer knowledge

Project Management Office, Senior Manager (Contract)

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the implementation of the Core Insurance System
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plan and work schedule
  • Oversee, manage and plan User Acceptance Testing
  • Maintain project timelines including tracking and following up with users on project milestones and deliverables 
  • Manage the collation and analysis of user requirements and facilitate discussions on meeting the user requirements
  • Manage and resolve conflicting requirements within users and with system solutions
  • Track and coordinate the follow-up of issues raised by users, regional office and vendor
  • Co-ordinate meeting schedules and participate in or lead project meetings of internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Project Management certification
  • Knowledge of general insurance business
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management

  • Provide reinsurance support to the business units in the Company; in accordance with the Company’s Reinsurance Programme

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience
  • Good level of underwriting knowledge in various classes of insurance
