Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk in visitors and telephone calls

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and high quality services to customers and stakeholders
  • Support customer service, business development, operations and reports
  • Ensure business handled is within scope of authority granted, and in line with the Company’s underwriting guidelines, control procedures and service standards
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding premiums and implement the company’s credit control policy

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘A’ level / Diploma holders

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
  • Issue official receipts for all incoming payments and analyse payments received against the outstanding balances including processing of credit card charges
  • Generate daily cheque listings for banking
  • Maintain the daily bank balance records
  • Handle the petty cash
  • Attend to enquiries from clients and intermediaries
  • Assist to follow up on outstanding payment matters
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new staff on cashier’s duties
  • Perform sorting, filing and dispatch duties
Requirements:

  • Assist in the performance of Underwriting Department’s monthly audit
  • Assist with the preparation of statistical reports on performance of various classes of insurance
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification or professional qualifications in General Insurance
  • Good level of underwriting knowledge of various classes of insurance
  • Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
