Admin & Training, Administrative Officer (Mailroom)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of mailroom personnel
  • Perform full range of outgoing mail duties including management and maintenance of franking machine
  • Collection, opening and sorting of mails for the office
  • Internal and external delivery of documents
  • Banking of cash and cheques
  • Prepare and serve refreshments to visitors and for meetings
  • Delivery of stationery and other office supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education
  • Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:
  • Manage MSIG agents to establish good relationship and rapport
  • Supervise and guide clerical staff
  • Provide prompt and efficient services to customers and agents in terms of quotations, renewals and other requests
  • Participate in department’s business and action Plan to achieve production growth and department budget
  • Ensure all pertinent information is available for policy documentation
  • Follow up on outstanding cover notes, expiries, declarations and other matters as required.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits on telesales calls to ensure compliance with preset guidelines, criteria and standards
  • Assess and provide feedback to telesales personnel on call quality and performance
  • Conduct Quality Assurance training for telesales personnel
  • Hold regular calibration sessions with call centre partners
  • Support customer service, business development, operations and reports
  • Assist to manage the Quality Assurance process and performance tracking system
  • Ensure confidentiality of data in accordance to all law, regulatory provisions and Company policies
Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ level / GCE ‘A’ level / Diploma holders
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the business portfolio with bank partner
  • Develop new products and marketing initiatives to support Bank as a distribution channel
  • Provide professional services and support to Bank and their clients

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys and assess damages to motor vehicles
  • Verify and compare the actual damage to vehicles with estimates
  • Adjust the cost of repairs and finalize estimates
  • Put up survey reports

  • Assist in recovery actions
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma

    • Assist in the review of policy wording, product summary, brochures, proposal forms and any other forms
    • Assist in the performance of Underwriting Department’s monthly audit

    • Maintain the Risk Acceptance Guide

    • Prepare statistical analysis reports for all classes of insurance
    • Review and update/amend policy wording, product summary, brochures, proposal forms and any other forms
    • Perform Underwriting Department’s monthly audit
    • Review work procedure to contribute to the efficient running of the department
    • Prepare ISO documentation
    • Assist HOD in the preparation of documents and matters related to Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Technical Audit, External Audit
    • Train, guide and mentor staff
    Requirements:
    • Tertiary qualification or professional qualifications in General Insurance
    • Good level of underwriting knowledge in various classes of insurance
