Bancassurance, Administrative Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and high quality services to customers and stakeholders
  • Support customer service, business development, operations and reports
  • Ensure business handled is within scope of authority granted, and in line with the Company’s underwriting guidelines, control procedures and service standards
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding premiums and implement the company’s credit control policy
Requirements:
  • GCE ‘O’ Level / GCE ‘A’ Level
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in the use of MS Word and MS Excel

Bancassurance, Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a prominent profile with Bank Partner/Clients
  • Develop & Manage new and existing sales opportunities & Products to meet growth targets
  • Ensure business accepted is in line with the Company’s underwriting guidelines
  • Ensure compliance to Company credit control policy is strictly adhered to
  • Provide a technical reference point for queries
  • Ensure & Improve efficiency and effectiveness in work processes within the department
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions & Company policies as are relevant
  • Assist HOD in managing the Business Unit to achieve desired plan
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification, preferably with a professional insurance qualification e.g. ACII
  • Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI) and Cert HI
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sales & servicing of affinity groups/ banks
  • Operational experience in general insurance environment

Bancassurance, Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the business portfolio with bank partner
  • Develop new products and marketing initiatives to support Bank as a distribution channel
  • Provide professional services and support to Bank and their clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor outstanding premiums and implement the company’s credit control policy
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role

Claims (In-House Survey), Assistant Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys and assess damages to motor vehicles
  • Verify and compare the actual damage to vehicles with estimates
  • Adjust the cost of repairs and finalize estimates
  • Put up survey reports
  • Check accident vehicles after repair
  • Assist in recovery actions
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Relevant qualifications in general insurance
  • Minimum 2 years of motor surveying experience

Claims Services (Motor), Executive (Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle enquiries and correspondence of motor claims, including complaints
  • Investigate and negotiate on motor claims
  • Decide and instruct on appointment of service providers
  • Decide and instruct on reserve provision
  • Handle claims recoveries
  • Advise customers on loss prevention
  • Review claim files including setting of reserves and monitoring of recoveries
  • Train, guide and coach junior staff

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or professional qualifications in General Insurance
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in handling General Insurance claims
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Claims Services (Property & Casualty), Administrative Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge and register claims
  • Provide administrative support to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Process claims payments
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Manage telephone enquiries and attend to walk-in claimants/intermediaries
  • Provide administrative support to prepare monthly statistics and report
  • and co-ordinate work of the junior administrative officers
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels

Legal & Compliance, Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as deputy to the Company’s Local Compliance Controller / Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer, Fraud Reporting Officer, Information Security Officer and Data Protection Officer
  • Assist in the management of department and implementation of Group policies and local legal and regulatory requirements
  • Review and update of the department’s operational procedures and processes
  • Implement campaign and activities
  • Assist in all reporting matters to Management, Board, Regional & Head Offices on Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Information Security matters
  • Assist and support HOD in ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and all related matters

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Sound knowledge of Compliance concepts and controls
  • Familiar with legal and regulatory Compliance requirements
  • Good understanding of insurance markets, business, operations and processes
