Responsibilities:
  • Review stationery supplies

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train and develop good and professional agents
  • Provide prompt and efficient services to all agents in terms of quotations, renewals and other requests
  • Execute Business and Action Plan to achieve production growth and department budget
  • Identify and develop new business and improve renewal ratio
  • Manage the MSIG agents to establish good relationship and rapport
  • Manage policy renewal process
  • Review premium production and claim statistics of agents’ accounts
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification or professional qualifications in General Insurance
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in general insurance marketing

Bancassurance, Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the business portfolio with bank partner
  • Develop new products and marketing initiatives to support Bank as a distribution channel
  • Provide professional services and support to Bank and their clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor outstanding premiums and implement the company’s credit control policy
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification &/or professional insurance qualifications
  • Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI) and Cert HI

Bancassurance, Executive (Telesales & Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound Telesales Team to meet sales target and achieve business goals
  • Provide training and coaching to staff
  • Monitor sales calls to ensure call quality and compliance with agreed standards
  • Plan, develop and execute post-mortem analysis of sales activities
  • Assist to review systems and processes to improve operations and productivity
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Ensure confidentiality of data in the manner required by the Company and/or Bank
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holders
  • Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI) and Cert HI
  • Track record in telesales management
  • Experience in insurance sales

Claims Services (Property & Casualty), Executive (Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Handle enquiries and correspondence of property & casualty claims, including complaints
  • Investigate and negotiate on property & casualty claims
  • Decide and instruct on appointment of service providers
  • Decide and instruct on reserve provision
  • Handle claims recoveries
  • Advise customers on loss prevention
  • Review claim files including setting of reserves and monitoring of recoveries
  • Train, guide and coach junior staff

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or professional qualifications in General Insurance
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in handling General Insurance claims
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Claims Services (Property & Casualty), Senior Administrative Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge and register claims
  • Provide administrative support to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Process claims payments
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Manage telephone enquiries and attend to walk-in claimants/intermediaries
  • Provide administrative support to prepare monthly statistics and report
  • Coach and co-ordinate work of the junior administrative officers
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate/negotiate/handle claims within personal handling limit and in accordance with Company policies and standards
  • Respond to allocated mail, and participate in the provision of a prompt and efficient service to clients
  • Assist in recovery action
  • Assist in the preparation of claims statistical data

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • 1 - 2 years' working experience
  • Preferably with General Insurance knowledge

  • Relevant qualifications in general insurance (minimum CGI)

Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and staff reimbursement
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy on journals
  • Compile input tax claims
  • Follow up on tax invoices
  • Process quarterly treaty accounts
  • Match and reconcile of accounts
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable functions
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in Oracle accounting software

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operation of Underwriting Department to help achieve the planned objectives of the company
  • Support the achievement of yearly budget
  • Maintain the Risk Acceptance Guide
  • Monitor underwriting profitability of all classes of insurance
  • Prepare statistical analysis reports for all classes of insurance
  • Review and update/amend policy wording, product summary, brochures, proposal forms and any other forms
  • Perform Underwriting Department’s monthly audit
  • Review work procedure to contribute to the efficient running of the department
  • Prepare ISO documentation
  • Assist HOD in the preparation of documents and matters related to Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Technical Audit, External Audit
  • Train, guide and mentor staff
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification or professional qualifications in General Insurance
  • Good level of underwriting knowledge in various classes of insurance
  • Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience
