Responsibilities:
  • Issue official receipts for all incoming payments and analyse payments received against the outstanding balances including processing of credit card charges
  • Generate daily cheque listings for banking
  • Maintain the daily bank balance records
  • Handle the petty cash

  • Assist to follow up on outstanding payment matters

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the receipts section, including implementation of internal controls
  • Ensure performance and completion of month-end reconciliation between sub ledger and GL in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely completion of reports for management and statutory reporting
  • Assist in collation & analysis of financial information for month-end closing and consolidation reporting package to the parent company

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification

  • Assist and support DPO in ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and all related matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Law qualification
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in General Insurance or legal practice in General Insurance in Singapore
  • Relevant experience in general insurance claims handling, compliance and corporate legal work

Responsibilities:
  • To provide expertise and leadership in management of the commercial liability portfolio including broadening of the product range
  • Achieve annual plan of portfolio and other objectives according to Company’s risk appetite by working with business units and intermediaries
  • Develop and maintain analysis of portfolio
  • Train and guide staff

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Professional qualifications in General Insurance (minimum CGI)
  • At least 5 years of relevant underwriting experience in a senior position
  • Good network in the insurance industry
  • Business development experience preferably in London market or with a specialist insurer
