Responsibilities:

Bancassurance (Telesales), Executive (Training & Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities:
  • Verify outbound calls are made in accordance with preset criteria
  • Manage the quality assurance tracking system
  • Assess and provide feedback to telesales personnel on the quality of phone handling skill
  • Conduct product, soft skill, quality assurance and other relevant training for telesales team
  • Provide on the job coaching for telesales personnel on areas of improvement
  • Hold regular calibration sessions with the call centre partners to provide constructive feedback to improve call quality and performance
  • Feedback and improve on the QA process to ensure it meets with the business requirements and customer expectations
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as co-ordination of incentive programs for telesales personnel

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead section operations
  • Ensure that documents are processed within stipulated timelines
