Claim Procedures

Notify Relevant Parties

  • At the occurrence of the incident, contact your agent, broker or us at +65 6827 7660.
  • Inform the Golf Club in the event of any occurrence which may give rise to a claim under your policy.

Collect Information

  • Take photographs of the damaged items.
  • In cases involving damage to property or bodily injury of a third party:
    a) note down the particulars of the third party
    b) obtain the details of the nature and extent of claim
    c) do not admit liability, settle or negotiate settlement without our prior approval
    d) immediately inform us when you receive any letter of demand, Writ of Summons, etc from the third party.

Submit Information

  • You may download a copy of the claim form or request for the form to be sent to you.
  • Complete the claim form and submit it with all the necessary supporting documents to us.

4. Repair/replacement receipts
5. Police Report/Incident Report from the Club
6. Original bills/F&B bills/scorecard/Hole-In-One Certificate
7. Loss/Damage Report lodged with the Club
8. Original medical bills/medical report, if applicable
9. Any letter of claim or documents received from the third party in relation to the claim, if applicable
10. Photographs of damaged third party property, if applicable

We will contact you for any additional documents that may be required.
