Early Closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve
Our offices will close early at these dates and times for the holidays
- 24 December 2020 (Thursday) at 12.15 pm
- 31 December 2020 (Thursday) at 12.15 pm
We will resume normal operations on the next working day between 8:45 am to 5:30 pm.
In line with the authorities' gradual resumption guidelines, visits to our offices are by appointments only.
To make an appointment with us, please email us at least 2 working days in advance with the following information:
- Date and time of visit
- Name (please also indicate if you are a Customer/ an Intermediary/ Others)
- NRIC/ Passport Number
- Contact Number
- Purpose of visit
- Person you are visiting (if applicable)
We will send a confirmation email to you once the appointment is booked.
We apologise that we are unable to serve visitors without any prior appointment. All visitors with appointments have to clear temperature screening and SafeEntry check-in to enter our premises.
We seek your kind understanding on these precautionary measures as we work towards a safe re-opening of business.
