Important Notice: Continuing to serve your needs during Covid-19 circuit breaker measures
During this time where there are significantly tighter measures implemented by the Government, we wish to assure you that we remain fully committed to serving your needs and will continue to operate to the best of our ability to support your essential insurance needs.
We encourage customers to carry out transactions such as insurance renewals and filing of claims for their personal insurance on our website.
Payment of premiums can be made at
- AXS Stations, AXS e-Station (online) and AXS m-Station (mobile app); or
- Online Banking facility from DBS Bank/ POSB or Standard Chartered Bank
Except for our Travel, Home, Motor and Health Emergency Hotlines, all other hotlines for customer enquiries and services will be temporarily suspended from 24 April 2020 (Friday) at 5:30 PM until 1 June 2020 (Monday) to support these new measures.

Additional Safe-Distancing Measures
Our offices at SGX Centre 2 and Hong Leong Building will be temporarily closed to all walk-in customers and visits from 7 April until further notice.
As we have already implemented telecommuting arrangements for most of our employees, we will endeavour to assist you as best as we can. We seek your patience and kind understanding should there be some service delay during this period.
