Important Notice: Phase 2 Resumption Measures at MSIG

In line with the authorities' gradual resumption guidelines, our counter services will be available from 26 June 2020, by appointments only.
To make an appointment with us, please email us at least 2 working days in advance with the following information:
- Date and time of visit
- Name (please also indicate if you are a Customer/ an Intermediary/ Others)
- Contact Number
- Purpose of visit
- Person you are visiting (if applicable)
We will send a confirmation email to you once your appointment is booked.
We apologise that we are unable to serve visitors without any prior appointment. All visitors with appointments have to clear temperature screening and SafeEntry check-in to enter our premises.
We seek your kind understanding on these precautionary measures as we work towards a safe re-opening of business.
