Social Media Contests Terms and Conditions

The MSIG Christmas Instagram Contest ("Contest") is organized by MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("MSIG") from 15 Dec 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (both dates inclusive). All entries must be submitted via the contestant’s own Instagram account by 31 Dec 2025, 11.59 PM (Singapore time).

This Contest is open to individuals living and/or working in Singapore. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, with a child within the age group. 

Employees, intermediaries or an employee of intermediaries of MSIG are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 

1. Follow MSIG on Instagram.
2. Comment your answer in the contest post.
3. Share the contest post or tag at least a friend for a higher chance of winning.
4. Remember to set your profile to public.

MSIG may disqualify any Participant or Entry on the grounds of inaccurate information, duplication of answers, or fake or multiple Instagram accounts. 

Up to 5 (five) winners will be selected, each to receive a $100 Rewardz e-voucher. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be given. 

You will accept the Prize as it is and subject to any terms or conditions that the supplier of the Prize may impose. MSIG is not obliged to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the supplier of the Prize for any reason. 

Selection of the winning entry shall be decided by MSIG at its sole and absolute discretion. MSIG is not obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person concerning the Contest. Up to Five winner(s) will be announced on MSIG’s Instagram page. Winners will be contacted by 16 January 2026.  

Winners must send MSIG their full names, mailing address and contact details via private messages on Instagram in order to receive their prizes. Winners must also consent to MSIG contacting them for a short interview and/or survey.   

Should the winner(s) not confirm receipt of the notification within five working days and/or complete the short interview and/or survey, MSIG will forfeit the prize and may choose to pick another winner. 

MSIG will send a separate email on the prize redemption.

If the winner is found ineligible for the contest, MSIG may forfeit or reclaim the Prize after it is awarded. Any Prize which is not won or remains unclaimed after the prize redemption period shall be forfeited without further notice. 

By entering the Contest, you consent to your entry, name and personal particulars being used by MSIG for matters in connection with this Contest; and agree to give photographs and interviews for all promotional and marketing purposes.

MSIG is entitled to terminate or modify the Contest or the rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modifications or termination. 

The Participants are fully responsible for their postings and comments, and such postings and comments do not represent the sentiments and opinions of MSIG. MSIG has the sole discretion to remove any posting and comment at any time and in any manner it deems fit. 

By entering this Contest, each Participant agrees that MSIG and its respective affiliates shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this Contest and/or in relation to the Prize. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and by participating in the Contest; you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
