Pet Claim Procedure
Notify Us
- Report your claim to us as soon as possible or within 30 days of the insured event(s) by clicking on the “Submit claim online” button.
Submit Information
- You may submit your claim notification online or download a copy of the claim form.
- You should request your attending vet to complete the "Medical Report" section of the claim form. Please note that claimants are required to bear the fee for obtaining the report.
- For online claim submission
Please key in your 8 – 10-digit numeric policy number without the alphabetical letters in the “Policy Number” field of the online claim form. -
If you are submitting follow-up medical bills, please email copies of these bills with your claim and policy number to [email protected]. Please do not submit them online.
You can help us to expedite your claim by providing the required documents promptly.

How do I know whether MSIG has received my claim submission? Upon successful submission, an auto-acknowledgement email will be sent to the email address indicated in the online claim form on the submission day. Please ensure your email address is correct during submission of online claim. |

I want to submit a claim but would like to check on policy coverage first. / I want a confirmation on whether my claim is payable before submitting it. Please refer to your policy documents to check on your policy coverage. Alternatively, you may contact your broker, agent or call Pet Hotline at +65 3159 1614. Our operating hours are from 8.45 am to 5.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays. Please note that in certain circumstances, we are unable to advise you or provide you with a firm answer on your claim, until we receive your claim form together with all relevant supporting documents. |

Are consultations covered? Pre-surgery consultation and diagnostic tests expenses covered under this section are limited to vet consultation fees, diagnostic test such as laboratory, X-ray or other medically necessary diagnostic procedures, provided it is prescribed by the same vet who performed the surgery up to 30 days before the surgery. |

Can I claim for Pet mobility aid? We will reimburse the expenses to purchase a pet wheelchair or cart to improve your pet’s mobility, provided a related surgery claim is payable under section 1. |

Can I claim for emergency pet transport? No, PawEasy does not include coverage for emergency pet transport. |

Which vet clinics can I bring my pet to seek treatment? You can take your pet to any vet clinic in Singapore for treatment. For reference, you may visit the following websites for a list of approved veterinary clinics registered under SVA and NParks. |

Can I file a pre-surgery consultation claim by an online vet? We do not accept pre-surgery consultations conducted online. |
