MSIG standardises SMS sender IDs

01 Aug 2022

MSIG has registered the following two SMS sender IDs with the InfoComm Media Development Authority’s SMS Sender ID Registry:

  1. MSIG
  2. MSIG SG

With effect from 1 August 2022, we will be using only these two SMS sender IDs to send SMS messages to our customers.  In other words, customers will only receive legitimate SMS messages from MSIG through these two IDs.

For customers who wish to SMS us, please continue to use our existing SMS number +65 90485989 to do so and our replies will also be via this number.
