Terms & Conditions of Corporate Employee Scheme (“CES”)

• This CES Promotion is organised by MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“MSIG”)
• This CES Promotion is valid for all existing and new employees of participating companies.
• Promotion is extended to employee’s family members which includes spouse, legal or biological children, parents and parents-in-law.
• All applications must be made online @ msig.com.sg with unique company’s staff email address.
• This Promotion does not apply in conjunction with any Group Cover Discount.
• Discounts are not applicable on top of any other promotional discounts/gifts, rebates or privileges from MSIG Insurance except as offered under the CES.
• Eligibility for discount applies to corporate employees in service and terminates upon their resignation from the company. For policies where a discount has been given, such discount shall remain in force till the policy expires. The discount eligibility shall cease upon such policy’s renewal (if any) thereafter.
• A minimum premium may apply to any change made to the policy subsequent to policy issuance.
• The contract of insurance is between the policyholder and/or insured person and us.  Any dispute on the insurance contract will be handled by MSIG Insurance in accordance with the terms of the insurance contract.
• MSIG Insurance has no liability whatsoever for any consequence resulting from any inability on the part of anyone to access msig.com.sg due to any reason.
• MSIG Insurance has the right to withdraw or change any promotion, terms and conditions or terminate the CES at any time without notice.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
• A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions
