Social Media Contests Terms and Conditions

The MSIG Oct Shopee Cup Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Contest ("Contest") is organized by MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("MSIG") from 10 Oct 2025 to 24 Oct 2025 (both dates inclusive). All entries must be submitted via the contestant’s own Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account by 24 Oct 2025, 11.59 PM (Singapore time).

This Contest is open to individuals living and/or working in Singapore. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry, with a child within the age group. 

Employees, intermediaries or an employee of intermediaries of MSIG are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 

Follow MSIG’s Facebook/Instagram/TikTok page depending on which platform the contestant is viewing the contest post from.

Contestants must also:

1. Post a picture or video on your feed telling us why your kid should win an exclusive pass to the MSIG Shopee Cup Football Clinic
2. Tag MSIG Singapore and include the hashtags #MSIGShopee and #ProtectingGoalsPoweringFutures on your contest entry
3. Tell us your child’s age group:
   Group 1: 7-8 y/o
   Group 2: 9-10 y/o
   Group 3: 11-13 y/o
   Group 4: 14 and above
4. Remember to set your profile to public

MSIG may disqualify any Participant or Entry on the grounds of inaccurate information, duplication of answers, or fake or multiple Facebook/Instagram/TikTok accounts. 

Up to 20 (twenty) winners will be selected to each win an exclusive pass to the Shopee Cup Football Clinic. Prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be given. 

You will accept the Prize as it is and subject to any terms or conditions that the supplier of the Prize may impose. MSIG is not obliged to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the supplier of the Prize for any reasons. 

Selection of the winning entry shall be decided by MSIG at its sole and absolute discretion. MSIG is not obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person concerning the Contest. Up to Twenty winner(s) will be announced on MSIG’s Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok page. Winners will be contacted by 28 October 2025.  

Winners must send MSIG their full names, mailing address and contact details via private messages on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok in order to receive their prizes. Winners must also give consent to MSIG to be contacted for a short interview and/or survey.   

Should the winner(s) not confirm receipt of the notification within five working days and/or complete the short interview and/or survey, MSIG will forfeit the prize and may choose to pick another winner. 

MSIG will send a separate email on the prize redemption.

If the winner is found to be ineligible for the contest, MSIG may forfeit or re-claim the Prize after awarding it. Any Prize which is not won or remains unclaimed after the prize redemption period shall be forfeited without further notice. 

By entering the Contest, you consent to your entry, name and personal particulars being used by MSIG for matters in connection with this Contest; and agree to give photographs and interviews for all promotional and marketing purposes.

MSIG is entitled to terminate or modify the Contest or the rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modifications or termination. 

The Participants are fully responsible for their postings and comments, and such postings and comments do not represent the sentiments and opinions of MSIG. MSIG has the sole discretion to remove any posting and comment at any time and in any manner it deems fit. 

By entering this Contest, each Participant agrees that MSIG and its respective affiliates shall not be liable for injury, loss, claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this Contest and/or in relation to the Prize. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and by participating in the Contest; you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. 

The MSIG June PawEasy TikTok Contest ("Contest") is organized by MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("MSIG") from 27 June to 27 July 2025 (both dates inclusive). All entries must be submitted via TikTok Videos by 27 July 2025, 11.59 PM (Singapore time).

This Contest is open to individuals living and/or working in Singapore. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. 

Employees, intermediaries or an employee of intermediaries of MSIG are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

1. Participants must post a video with their pet doing the challenge on TikTok.
2. Include #PawEasy & #MSIGPetChallenge.
3. Keep it under 60 seconds.

Up to 5 winners will be selected: 1 winner (top winner) to receive a $100 Rewardz e-gift voucher, and up to 4 winners to receive $50 Rewardz e-gift vouchers each. Prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be given.
