The COVID-Era Cheat Sheet for Travelling from Singapore

After a long hiatus, travel is now officially back in business! With Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTLs) open, Singaporeans can finally make quarantine-free trips via air and land.
Note: All information here is for fully vaccinated travellers only, and is last updated on 30 December 2021.
Things to Note for ALL VTLs
Countries with VTLs
Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Maldives, the Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Vaccination Proof
Do note that you won't be able to use the TraceTogether or HealthHUb apps to prove your vaccination status. Use Notarise, a portal for travellers to submit their Pre-Departure Test HealthCerts for digital authentication and endorsement by the Ministry of Health (MOH) or be issued their Vaccination HealthCerts for travel. You can simply get a Vaccination Cert with a QR code for easy inspection and verification when overseas.
Upon returning to Singapore, all travellers are to take a PCR test upon arrival. Here are some useful links if you're planning a holiday:
