  • Fulfil the eligibility criteria and have answered this Application truthfully.
  • Agree that this Application, Declaration and any other information provided shall form the basis of this contract and agree to accept the terms, limitations, conditions and exclusions contained in the Policy.
  • Understand that this Application will be subjected to the approval and acceptance of by MSIG.
  • We agree that our personal information will be processed in accordance with MSIG’s Privacy & Cookies Policy.

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
